1. How do I know what attorney to hire?
A. Ask any attorney you interview these questions:
1. Do you know what the training standards for field sobriety are? Christopher Angles Knows.

2. Will I automatically be sent to jail if I am convicted?
A. That depends on the number of DWI convictions on your record and your attorney's ability to structure a defense. However, the typical experience for a first time conviction in Missouri does not involve jail time.
3. If I failed all of the field sobriety tests is there any way to prove that I was not intoxicated?
A. It is possible to prove that the field sobriety tests were either improperly performed, or that due to a physical impairment, I could not reasonably be expected to adequately perform the field sobriety tests.
4. How much does it cost to defend against DWI charges?
A. That depends on the number of defenses you have available to you, the number of charges you are charged with, and the experience of the attorney you hire. Contact us for more information.
5. How do I get out of jail after I've been arrested?
A. That varies depending on the procedure of the court and jail you are in. Typically, you will have to post a bond. If you don't have enough money for that you can contact a bail bondsman who will agree to post the bond for you in exchange for you paying him a lower amount of money.
